I am a specialist careers and leadership coach
After 15 years of working in marketing for some amazing brands, developing some wonderful and fun campaigns, I realised my favourite part of my job involved working with people. I knew that this is where my passion lay and it was something I needed to build on and pursue further.

After life-changing moments, ranging from returning from maternity leave, having a period of compassionate leave and not forgetting an impromptu coaching session with my then 5-year-old daughter who told me to ‘do what makes you happy’, I set about getting myself officially qualified as a career, leadership and breakthrough coach.
Since then, across several years, I’ve helped individuals and groups navigate pivotal transitions in both career and life stages. I love seeing people succeed, to see them enjoying what they do – but also see them tackle and process those challenging times. I believe that no experience, good or bad, is wasted time.
